Through our many years of experience acquired in this sector, our continuous investments on milling systems, the variety and quality of our olive groves, we are able to produce high quality extra-virgin olive oil, with unique qualities: green-gold colour, sweet with spicy aftertaste, and low acidity rate. It gives a great taste to any recipe.
Our oil is obtained from selected olives, harvested at the right ripening point, and processed within 24 hours. This improves and enhances oil taste and fragrance.

New Oil
New oil is bottled immediately after extraction, with no further processing. This gives the oil the fragrance of freshly crushed olives; at the same time, a small deposit remains at the bottom of bottles, which indicates the good natural qualities of the oil.
Available in 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, 3 litre, and 5 litre containers.

The oil just extracted passes through a cotton filter to obtain this product. This natural filtration removes any impurities through cotton, with no taste or quality alteration.

Lemon Oil
This oil is obtained by crushing olives and fresh lemons together, with the same processing method. It can be used in all sweet or salted gastronomy, and is particularly good on grilled meat, fish dishes, crustaceans, salads, vegetables, and legumes.
